This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how unstuck Mental Health Studios, Inc. (“unstuck,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information obtained through our Therapist Dashboard web application (“Therapist Dashboard”). By using the Therapist Dashboard, you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy applies only to information collected through the Therapist Dashboard and does not apply to data we collect in other contexts, including through our main website or mobile application (“App”).
As our Services deal with sensitive information related to mental health, we take data privacy and security extremely seriously. 1.1 Personal Information from Therapists
- Registration Information: To access the Therapist Dashboard, therapists are required to provide personal information such as name, email address, professional credentials, and any other information necessary to verify identity and professional status. This information is used solely to provide you access to the Therapist Dashboard and to verify your status as a therapist.
- Verification Calls: As part of the verification process, we may collect additional information during a verification call to confirm your identity and professional credentials.
1.2 Client Information
- Client Invitations: Therapists can invite clients to connect via the Therapist Dashboard by providing the client's email address or searching for the client's name if they already have an unstuck account. This information is used solely to facilitate the connection between therapists and their clients.
- Shared Entries: When a client accepts an invitation and chooses to share specific entries with their therapist, we collect and store those entries, including the title, content, and stress level, for access by the therapist. Clients have full control over which entries are shared and can stop sharing at any time.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Log Data: We collect log data about your use of the Therapist Dashboard, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and dates and times of access. This information helps us improve the Therapist Dashboard and ensure its security.
1.4 Analytics
- We use Mixpanel for analytics to help us understand how users interact with our Services so we can improve them. Mixpanel collects usage data, which may include information such as your device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and event information (e.g., feature usage, session duration).
