This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how unstuck Mental Health Studios, Inc. (“unstuck Mental Health Studios,” “unstuck,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses certain personal information obtained through our website (“Site”), which is located at www.keepunstuck.com and its subdomains and our mobile device application (“App”). By visiting our Site, downloading our App, and/or using the features made available to you on the Site and the App (the “Services”), you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy. This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site and the App and therefore does not apply to data we collect in other contexts. As our Services deal with sensitive information in potential relation to mental health, we take your data privacy and security extremely seriously. We DO NOT and CAN NOT read your entries as it is encrypted. You can delete your entries permanently at any time. 1. What Information is Collected

1.1 User Content

• It is possible for you to submit your own content (“User Content”), such as journal entries to receive AI feedback, or other writings, in all cases submitted in the App. User Content and any information contained in the User Content, including personal information you may have included, is stored and collected as part of the Service. You have FULL control of the information included in the User Content. unstuck does NOT read or access any of your private user content. We understand the sensitive nature of this content and have done our utmost to protect and secure this information. Such content is safely encrypted and stored locally on your device or in the cloud.

1.2 Personal Information You May Provide

• You can visit the Site without submitting any information that we can use to identify you personally. However, if you use certain features on the Site, such as the “Contact Us” feature, you will be required to provide personal information. Such information could include, for example, your name, email address, or phone number.
• We require email registration and verification to provide security to your sensitive data and reduce risk of unauthorized account access; to provide data recovery services; to provide personalization and optimization of App functionality for storage and retrieval of your data upon your request; and to prevent spam, bots, and misuse of our App. We take your email information very seriously and encrypt it in transit and at rest in our database. We prioritize its protection and will NEVER sell this data.
• When you register with us and use the App, you may provide information like your name, other registration information, transaction-related information, and information you provide when you contact us via the App. We may also collect this information when you create an account by using a third-party services such as Facebook (each, an “SNS Account”). If you use an SNS Account to create your unstuck account, we will gather your name, email address, and other personal information that your privacy settings on the SNS Account allow us to access. As otherwise detailed in this Privacy Policy, we will solely process this information to provide you with the service you signed up for.

1.3 Information Collected While User Uses Services

Besides of information directly provided by the users, the Company may collect information in the course that the users use the service provided by the Company:

• Equipment information, including equipment identifier, operation system, hardware version, equipment set-up and telephone number.
• Log information, including log data, use time, search word input by users, internet protocol address, cookie and web beacon.
