1. Introduction
Welcome to the Therapist Dashboard provided by unstuck Mental Health Studios, Inc. (“unstuck,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Therapist Dashboard web application (“Therapist Dashboard”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
- Professional Status: The Therapist Dashboard is intended solely for licensed mental health professionals (“Therapists”). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed therapist in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you practice.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards relating to your use of the Services and the provision of therapy services to clients.
3. Account Registration and Verification
- Registration: To access the Therapist Dashboard, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and professional credentials.
- Verification: We may verify your identity and professional credentials through a verification call or other means. You consent to this verification process and agree to provide any necessary information or documentation.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Services
4.1 Permitted Use
- Service Purpose: The Therapist Dashboard is provided to facilitate communication and sharing of information between Therapists and their clients who use the unstuck App (“Clients”).
- Client Invitations: You may invite Clients to connect through the Therapist Dashboard by sending invitations or searching for existing unstuck users.
- Data Access: You may access and view Client entries that have been explicitly shared with you by the Client. You agree to use this information solely for the purpose of providing professional services to the Client.
